The incident, which occurred about four years ago, involved a young man who had spent years trying to fulfil his dream of moving to Canada but faced several setbacks along the way.
In pursuit of his ambition, he reportedly sat for the IELTS examination, paid travel agents, submitted multiple visa applications and borrowed money from various individuals to finance the process.
His desperation to make the move eventually led him to sell his laptop and other valuable possessions in a bid to raise funds for yet another visa application.

Despite repeated warnings from his family to take things slowly, the young man remained determined to relocate abroad, making it his biggest ambition.
